The Devil’s Twins, Matt Bellissimo, Nate Colucci, and Anthony Carone Cover The Dead Weather

Photo by Carissa Johnson Just like The Dead Weather are a rock supergroup, The Devil's Twins formed their own supergroup to take on "Treat Me Like Your Mother." The duo teamed up with Matthew Bellissimo, Nathan Colucci (Pink Leather Jackets), and Anthony Carone (Arkells) to take on Alison Mosshart and Jack White's dirty rock classic. I can't picture a song more suited to the style of The Devil's Twins than this one. It's a huge, epic garage blues rock jam with the slightest hint of metal jabbed into it. If anything, The Devil's Twins amp up the metal, but that is to be expected with the Boston duo. If you want your rock 'n' roll and blues to be as filthy as possible, this is one for you. You can watch the video for The Devil's Twins take on "Treat Me Like Your Mother" below. For more on The Devil's Twins, check out their website .

If you dug the Princess Superstar from a few weeks ago, this might be worth a shot for you. Tuatara - Underworld : I've been a fan of Tuatara since their first album nearly 20 years ago. I only got into it because it was a Peter Buck side project, but I became a fan in general pretty quickly. The downside to the group was that, as it expanded, it moved away a bit from its instrumental, experimental world music roots into something a little more broad, to the point that they actually had some basic vocal albums of late. Underworld , thankfully, is a return to the early albums...
