Blondshell - "23's a Baby"

We've been liking the music of Blondshell quite a bit over here at If It's Too Loud..., but we think Sabrina Teitelbaum might have outdone herself with her latest single. "23's a Baby" is an epic song living between the borders of indie rock and alt-pop. It's filled with pop hooks and harmonies while still mostly sounding like a rock song. This is an addictive song that is doing to suck listeners into its sonic world. Plus, Teitelbaum has become the best slacker vocalist of her generation, and she's never quite nailed the 90's slacker thing quite like she does on "23's a Baby." There's a certain segment of musicians that seem to appeal to young women and middle-aged hipster dads, and Blondshell certainly does with her modern pop meets 90's alt-rock sound.

Sabrina Teitelbaum says of her latest single:

The song is partially about being in your twenties and feeling like you’re supposed to know everything (your parents even had kids around that age!) yet you’re truly in the weeds trying to figure out who you are. I wanted it to have a bit of a nursery rhyme feel. It’s a heavy subject so it was important to have fun when we made it.”

  1. I fell victim to an online investing company(Wirecard) who promised that if i invested in them i would be getting 10% of my investment every month, so i took that long term investment plan and for the next three months i was getting paid so i invested again this time a bigger amount, that was when they stopped receiving messages from them and did not get any payment from them also, i was left devastated, to cut the long story short, i spoke to business associate about this and was referred to brillianthackers@gmail.com who helped me recover all my investment from that company, I contacted them on Whatsapp also +14106350697, working with them was satisfactory.
