Morgan Nagler - "Orange Wine"
Photo by Christian Stavros You may know Morgan Nagler from her bands Whispertown and Supermoon. Now she's releasing solo music and just released her second solo single. "Orange Wine" lands in the sweet spot for us of being part indie rock and part Americana. The song has a little bit of that folk ramblin' thing going on while still being a noisy indie rock song. I can't tell if the guitar is more twangy than it is noisy, but either way I'm enjoying it. "Orange Wine" is the type of song that is both twee and epic. This is our introduction to Morgan Nagler, and it's safe to say that we're fully on board with the artist.
