Festival Preview: October Edition
I certainly didn't expect to be writing a festival preview for the month of October, but there are so many great options that it's truly necessary. October is when autumn truly kicks in, and I'd personally much rather be wearing a sweater or a hoodie while watching bands play than having sweat pouring down my face. Apparently others agree with me since New England (and beyond) are hosting some pretty fantastic indoor and outdoor festivals this year! HONK! Festival October 4-6 Davis Square, Somerville, MA HONK! Festival has become legendary as a free three day festival of activist street bands. The festival has been typically held over the holiday weekend, but this year it's happening a week early.
