Sour Widows - "Lucky Star"

The Bay Area band have released a new single, "Lucky Star." The song is a monster, leaning more heavily into rock than pop, but with just enough harmony in it to stay at least a little pop. The song has a darkness and foreboding, with guitar chords that will keep you coming back for more. If you're discovering them now like we are, "Lucky Star" is a fantastic introduction. It's strangely hypnotic and bludgeons you at times while still keeping a certain amount of beauty held together. Sour Widows could very easily become a favorite around here very soon.
