If It's Too Loud...

Spaghetty Town Records are one of the premier rock and roll labels around these days, so you know when they have a new release it's going to be great. Their latest is from The Stripp. The Australian band's latest single, "If You Want Me," is straightforward rock and roll without any excesses. It's garage rock laced with punk and power pop, which is a perfect mixture around these parts. Joining the recent slate of great artist's out of Australia is The Stripp. The Melbourne based rock band don't have that same 90's inspired alt-rock sound that many Australian bands have. Instead, their latest single is pure trashy punk glam. "The Rising Tide" is a fast and dirty rock song. This is just fast, straightforward rock 'n' roll with an emphasis on punk. It's the kind of song you're only going to hear a band play in the diviest rock club in your area, and if you don't have at least one beer spilled on you by the end of its less than three minute run, you're going to be disappointed.
