Back in November I referred to the latest single from Fast Eddy as "... between garage and punk rock, with just a tiny bit of glam shine on it." Now the Denver group are back with something completely different. "In Too Deep" is much more of a power pop song mixed with mid-90's alt-rock. The song is mind bogglingly catchy, and has one of the better "da da da da" style group choruses you've heard in a while. I certainly didn't expect a rock song leaning this heavily into pop from Fast Eddy, but it's great to know they have unexpected range.
