Live Shows: My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult, Die Sexual, and Devora, Paradise Rock Club, Boston, MA 11/4/25
I'm not going to pretend I'm a My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult superfan. I'm more of a casual fan of the electronic industrial band, but they are a band I've been listening to for roughly three decades now. Lately I've been trying to see bands I've never seen before, and Tuesday night's show at the Paradise worked with my schedule, so I decided to make the trek into the city to finally check out these legends for myself. Even legends have technical issues sometimes, which is what happened when frontman Groovie Mann's microphone didn't work for the entirety of the opening song, "Room on the Moon." The audience took it in stride until it was fixed, and it certainly didn't affect anyone's enjoyment of the show. My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult have been doing it since the 80's, and they have a diehard fanbase that thrilled with every dark industrial song.
