"She's So Pretty" features Claud and is about being broke in Brooklyn in your twenties, along with The Swirlies and Liz Phair. It's one of those songs that showcases the pop side of indie rock. This is one of those songs that just feels cool. It's a laid back California song about New York City. Plus, it's impossibly catchy, and is the type of song that you want crammed into your head for the next few days. If you're into artists like Blondshell and Momma, "She's So Pretty" is going to be perfect for you. "Best Kept Secret" is so close to being a standard singer-songwriter release, but Sedona veers off into a slightly different direction with her sound. It's a mixture of Americana, indie rock, and possibly some soul. There's also a certain level of a soft rock sound, all wrapped up in Sedona's mesmerizing vocals. I'm hearing some elements of Jenny Lewis, Fiona Apple, and maybe some Portishead in "Best Kept Secret." This song is the pinnacle of pop focused Americana, and it's sure to suck in listeners practically as soon as it starts.
