Boston rockers War On Alexandria have gifted us all with a cover of the Soundgarden classic "Black Hole Sun." Being a true music snob, "Black Home Sun" is of course one of my least favorite Soundgarden songs, but I can't deny that it's a classic for a reason. War On Alexandria do a stripped down acoustic version with only guitar and vocals by Liam McCain and Emma Keefe. Stripping the song down this way does alleviate the overdone aspect that I never cared for in the original, which helps bring out the emotion in the song. It's a powerful version of the song that changes it up slightly while staying true to the original. You can watch the video for War On Alexandria's take on "Black Hole Sun" below.
