Philadelphia's Trash Knife play punk rock. Just loud and fast punk rock with no pretense or anything fancy. Their latest single, "Party Friends," is soaked in 70's style sleaze and 80's style thrash to make this explosive and noisy style of punk. It doesn't really seem to hold a steady tempo, and it's more than a little obnoxious. In other words... it's glorious. It takes everything beloved about modern punk and just tosses it right in the garbage. Trash Knife may become a new favorite of yours.
