Even though they just released a brand new album earlier this year, garage rock legends The Woggles have released a new single that wasn't included on Time Has Come. "Top Shelf" features Rick Miller from Southern Culture on the Skids on guitar, and it shows a different sound than their latest album. The song sounds kind of like a more rock n roll version of the 90's swing revival. It also has a foot in 1950's rock n roll, but doesn't quite sound like that style of throwback. It's a fun drinking song, which is fairly obvious based on the song title. If you love old school rock n roll and swing, "Top Shelf" is going to be a blast for you.
