Trip Sitter are a band comprised of members of other Boston bands such as Dutch Tulips, Dwelley, and Tatooine Punk Scene. They recently released a new single, "Rotten." What Trip Sitter do incredibly well is blending the beauty and noise of alt-rock. I want to compare the song to the typical loud/quiet/loud style, but even the more chill parts of "Rotten" aren't exactly quiet. Also, even the noisier portions of the song are still beautiful. What it kind of reminds me are the relaxed harmonies of Nada Surf with the more abrasive, pop-focused alt-rock of early Superdrag. You're going to be hooked by the time "Rotten" comes to its gloriously noisy conclusion.
