Hailing from Malang, Indonesia come Girl and Her Bad Mood. The band just released a brand new single, "Pop Song." This is an exquisite dream pop song complete with hazy everything and hypnotizing vocals. It's gloriously upbeat with just a hint of melancholy. There are also surprising guitar flourishes that you would expect to sound more at home in a metal song, but Girl and Her Bad Mood make them work in dream pop. It's fantastic how "Pop Song" starts out sounding like an acoustic home recording and then morphs into a fully fleshed out dream pop epic.
