The latest from Billy Dodge Moody is a folk meets pop rock song about losing a friend to a heart attack when he was a teenager. "Meaning to Disaster" sees the Boston singer-songwriter laying his emotions bare on a song that, while deeply emotional, is surprisingly upbeat and uplifting. This is a truly beautiful song that was originally written in 2021 that shows the effects of a deep loss twenty years later. As a tribute, it's an amazing and impactful one. Even if you listen without paying attention to the lyrics, the sense of loss will still be felt. Moody has something special with "Meaning to Disaster."
