Wish Queen is the musical moniker of Cleveland singer-songwriter Grace Sullivan. Her latest single, "Floral Sheets," is a gorgeous mix of dream pop and folk. It leans more into the world of folk than dream pop, but even though it's acoustic, there is still somehow a dream pop vibe to the song. To me it sounds like a mixture of Lucy Dacus and Abigail Lapell, which is very high praise around these parts. The song is also oddly hypnotic, with Sullivan's vocals looping around the listener and completely sucking them in. "Floral Sheets" is a shockingly mesmerizing track that is the epitome of dream pop despite being folk.
