If you're of a certain age, you're going to give every band out of Athens, GA a listen. Our latest discovery from Athens is Shehehe, who just released a new single, "Get On My Lawn." The song is this irresistible mixture of DIY indie punk and power pop. It has all of the aggression and creativity of indie punk but with all of the earworm inducing catchiness of power pop. It kind of sounds like a mixture of Fuzzy and Wussy with its interesting blend of both dissonance and harmony. We've called many songs the Song of the Summer this month, so let's add "Get On My Lawn" to that list!
