Reptaliens - "Like a Dog"

I don't quite know what I expected from a band called Reptaliens, but this isn't quite it. Maybe I expected something heavier, kind of like Supersuckers or Butthole Surfers. Instead, "Like a Dog," the first single off the band's upcoming album, is this light and airy song. The song is reminiscent of the kind of trippiness and psychedelia you heard in the early 90's. I mean, the band's day job is on a weed farm, and the song was inspired by listening to Jane's Addiction's song "Been Caught Stealing," so the sound does make sense. "Like a Dog" has a little bit of a Jane's Addiction meets Stereolab vibe, so there's quite a lot to love here.
