Mad Rollers - "I Trust Nobody"

Italy's Mad Rollers combine proto-punk and neo-glam in a unique way that is somehow poppier than you could ever expect those genres to be. The band's new single, "I Trust Nobody," has these dirty guitar lines and one of the catchiest choruses around. This certainly doesn't sound like anything coming out of 2021. Instead, this is pure 1970's rock and roll. It's a little bit Alice Cooper and some more Bay City Rollers. This is just pure rock, the kind you just need in your soul every so often no matter how much of an indie snob you may be.

You can watch the video for "I Trust Nobody" below. Get Mad will be out in the US on Spaghetty Town Records and in Europe on Contra Records. There doesn't appear to be a release date yet, but you can pre-order it here. For more on Mad Rollers, check out the band's Facebook and Instagram.
