Joy Buzzer - "You'd Be Surprised"

The band formed in 2021 and is led by guitarist and songwriter Jed Becker. If you watch your kids' shows closely, you might recognize Becker as the composer and music director of Dora the Explorer and Go, Diego, Go! None of that sound is present in their latest single, "You'd Be Surprised." The new single is just pure power pop joy in the vein of an artist like Fountains of Wayne. It sounds like the kind of power pop that was made in the 90's that was inspired by the 60's. It's undeniably catchy and poppy, but with a little of that 90's alternative rock edge to it.
