Girl Tones - "Cherry Picker"

If you want to know what Girl Tones sounds like, they recently opened for Silversun Pickups and are set to tour with Cage the Elephant. The duo's latest single, "Cherry Picker," has some of the low end that we loved from the early 00's neo-garage rock movement but with some modern alt-pop vibes. It's this interesting mix of the noisy and loud rock side of the spectrum with shiny pop focused vocals that make Girl Tones such an intriguing band. This is relatively early in their musical career, and a perfect time to join us on the bandwagon. Something tells me they're about to blow up sooner than later...
Singer Kenzie says of the band's latest single:
“‘Cherry Picker’ is the distortion of reality and the uncomfortability of death. I love this song because it’s a reminder to me that anyone, including myself, is susceptible to distortion.”
You can watch the video for "Cherry Picker" below. The single is out now on Parallel Vision and Big Loud Rock. For more on Girl Tones, check out the band's website. Upcoming tour dates are below the video.
