Foxx Bodies - "I Quit"

Los Angeles' Foxx Bodies have a new single out about burnout and toxic work environments. "I Quit" is a fun and angry punk rock song about a not-so-fun topic, unless you consider quitting your crappy job to be fun. It's a small anthem that I think everyone can relate to at some point in their lives. "I Quit" is probably closest to riot grrrl, but in that newer punk way that also incorporates some pop elements and is almost dance friendly. "I'm sick of this shit" seems like it will be a killer crowd participation scream along their live shows, so make sure to check out Foxx Bodies when they come through your town next.

Lead vocalist Bella Vanik says of the new single:

"'I Quit' is about realizing you’re allowed to choose yourself when your job is killing you. I asked everyone in the band to tell me one thing that made them angry at work when we were writing the song so there’s some of all of our inner dialogues in there."

You can watch the video for "I Quit" below. The single is out now via Sneak Dog Records. For more on Foxx Bodies, check out the band on Instagram.
