A Place to Bury Strangers - "Don't Turn the Radio"

Last time we heard from A Place to Bury Strangers, the noise rock legends had released "Chasing Colors" and "I Can Never Be As Great As You" from their 7" singles series The Sevens. Both of those songs showed off the more poppy side of the band. However, their latest gets back to the noise. "Don't Turn the Radio" has an odd sixties pop/rock sound to it. In another universe, the song could have been a single from The Archies, but this is ours and it's by A Place to Bury Strangers. In our universe the song has a strong groove and you could do "The Twist" to it if you'd like, but it's also a dark and foreboding noise track that could be the soundtrack to instrument destruction. But... that's kind of what we love about A Place to Bury Strangers.

You can listen to "Don't Turn the Radio" below. The single is available for purchase here, and is available via Dedstrange. For more on A Place to Bury Strangers, check out the band's website. Upcoming tour dates are below the song.
