Wet Leg Cover Talking Heads

Ok... we thought we were done talking about Wet Leg until their new album comes out Friday, but then I stumbled on a cover they did of Talking Head's "Psycho Killer." I mean... how am I supposed to not bring this to you all? I can't find much on this one, but it appears that it was done for the BBC. The best part about Wet Leg covering Talking Heads is just how perfect this is. It's one of those covers that's pure Wet Leg while still being faithful to the original. As with everything great with the Isle of Wright band, the pure joy they're feeling is audible in the music. This is a band that is having the time of their lives. Only on the "Run, run, run away" part does Rhian Teasdale mimic David Byrne, but who can resist that?

You can listen to Wet Leg's version of "Psycho Killer" below. Their self-titled debut album will be out April 8. For more on Wet Leg, check out the band's website.
